  • Rafe Ball

    PARTNER

    Rafe is a Learning & Development Consultant with over 15 years’ experience, including coaching team members and learners across multiple organisations. Rafe has worked in change-intensive tech, telco and pharma businesses for over 20 years, collaborating with, developing and managing teams across Europe, North America, Asia and Japan. Rafe utilises a range of approaches in his coaching, using techniques from the behavioural, cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, gestalt and systemic schools.

  • Susan Foster

    PARTNER

    Susan has 30 years’ experience in fundraising, leading large teams in the cultural and heritage sector including at the Tate and the National Trust. She developed her own coaching style enabling her teams, and each individual member, to perform at their best. Susan has worked with clients in charities and businesses in the UK and Europe. Susan is passionate about enabling others to unlock their potential, gain insight about themselves and develop their own style of effective and confident leadership.

     

  • Louise van Haarst

    PARTNER

    Louise brings 20 years’ experience of driving transformational change in the not-for-profit and NGO sectors, navigating strategic emergencies, challenging cultures and intractable team dynamics. Louise coaches clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, consulting & technology, and start-ups. An accredited EMCC Senior Coach Practitioner and a specialist in mindset and behavioural change, Louise is currently completing the MSc in Coaching for Behaviour Change at Henley Business School.

  • Nic Hutchins

    PARTNER

    Nic has 35+ years of experience running businesses, including the successful sale of three, using his skills in leadership through periods of transformational growth and in business development and sales. Nic specialises in strategies overcoming barriers to sustainable growth, and business development, where he leads, coaches or mentors sales teams to build revenue. A competitive rower, sport has always been important to Nic and reflects a lot of what he brings into his coaching and advisory work.

     

  • Tariq Janmohamed

    PARTNER

    Tariq brings a 25 year business leadership background with experience of P&L responsibility, strategy, and leading organisational and cultural transformations. His career has spanned management consulting, an MBA from Wharton, starting up a mobile phone operator in war-torn Afghanistan and executive roles at Google and Expedia Group. The one constant has been the need to adapt to fast-changing environments. Tariq is currently completing the MSc in Coaching for Behaviour Change at Henley Business School.

  • Fay Manvell

    PARTNER

    Fay has been helping senior leaders and their teams make transformations since qualifying as a coach in 2015. Fay has 20 years’ experience working within the Financial Service industry, across several of the UK’s largest Banks. She understands the complexities and opportunities that come from working in a highly regulated environment and balancing the need to adapt to systemic change at pace. Fay is a qualified coach-supervisor, accrediting as an ICF Master Coach, and completing the MSc in Coaching for Behaviour change.

     

  • Caroline Marsh

    PARTNER

    Caroline has 35 years Executive and Board experience in private and public companies, including 20 years leading Virgin branded businesses in commercial, customer and culture focused roles. Caroline’s business experience coupled with her professional coaching qualifications means that she brings to her coaching a deep understanding of the leadership challenges faced by clients. Caroline’s primary focus is Executive and Leadership Coaching, and her style is calm, empathetic and pragmatic.

     

  • Abigail Wilmore

    PARTNER

    Abigail has has over two decades of experience in Human Resources working for global organisations in the Luxury Fashion industry. She has been at the centre of People and Culture, leading global teams and coaching, advising and mentoring people throughout that time. Abigail is truly passionate about human centred workplaces and the importance that inspiring, inclusive leadership has on culture. Abigail I has an MSc in Human Resources focusing on Management Development and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

    In addition to our eight founding partners, the Henley Collective is privileged to bring together a large team of diverse, experienced coaches with world-class, triple accredited training. Our associates are selected for the strength of their professional experience, as well as their whole-person coaching style.

  • Join the team

    If you are interesting in joining as an associate, we’d love to hear from you. To be considered, you must at a minimum have completed the PCEC at Henley Business School, plus a further qualification in Executive or Team coaching, or be able to demonstrate an exemplary commitment to continued professional development.

    You must also hold an accreditation from either the EMCC or ICF, ideally at Senior Practitioner or PCC level. If this sounds like you, please do get in touch for an informal conversation.
